CAD / CAM Engineer

We are looking for a ‘CAD/CAM Engineer’ for our company which produces aircraft engine parts in Aegean Free Zone, Izmir.

Its main field of activity is the manufacturing of aircraft engine parts and subassembly groups. Also manufactured in the same facilities are the hi-tech parts of NGPF model, which is the new generation commercial engine of Pratt & Whitney.

What We Are Looking For?

• University degree from related Engineering departments,
• Experienced in machining methods, (Min. 3 years)
• Knowledge in CAD/CAM, NX Siemens and Vericut knowledge is preferable,
• Knowledge in GD&T,
• Knowledge in ERP system, CANIAS is preferable,
• Fluency in English,
• Being a team member.

Responsibilities

• Preparing NC programs of the parts, analysed it in a simulation programme (milling & turning operation),
• Determining and if needed designing tooling needs (Cutting tools, fixture etc.) for NPI and Serial production parts,
• Automation of manual processes using renishaw productivity software,
• Determining actions to reduce process times for responsible parts,
• Research and development of innovations in the field of manufacturing technologies.
