Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a 'Human Resources Specialist' for our company which produces aircraft engine parts in Aegean Free Zone, Izmir.

Its main field of activity is the manufacturing of aircraft engine parts and subassembly groups. Kale Pratt & Whitney has a total of 16.250 m2 facilities in Aegean Free Zone; the company is one of the leading aerospace companies in Turkey and the manufacturing processes are among the most prestigious manufacturing technologies in Europe. Also manufactured in the same facilities are the hi-tech parts of NGPF model, which is the new generation commercial engine of Pratt & Whitney.

What We Are Looking For?

• University graduate in related departments,
• Minimum 6 years of experience in core Human Resources, with a strong focus on Training & Development and Recruitment,
• Fluency in English,
• Strong planning and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail,
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and provide clear reporting,
• Result-oriented, with a focus on achieving goals and objectives,
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the complete Training & Development process, ensuring employees are continuously developing skills that align with company goals,
• Conduct full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires,
• Coordinate and facilitate orientation programs for new employees to help them integrate seamlessly into the organization,
• Organize and manage employee engagement and communication projects aimed at improving workplace culture, morale, and retention,
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on HR metrics related to training, development, and hiring,
• Monitor and support the performance management system, talent development programs, and employee recognition initiatives,
• Organize internal communication and event activities.
