We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer for our company, Coensio.

Coensio is an AI-powered assessment platform that helps businesses assess and evaluate candidates, streamline their hiring process, and drive success. Our aim is to reduce time-to-hire for companies we are working with as well as unlocking the potentials out of the candidates pool.

The Senior Full Stack Developer who will join our team will take end-to-end responsibility in the development of modern web applications, work with amicroservice architecture, and develop cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and developing enterprise-scale .NET Core-based backend systems
• Developing modern and user-friendly frontend applications usingReact
• Designing and implementing distributed systems with microservice architecture
• Managing application development and deployment processes oncloud infrastructure (AWS)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 1 - 3 years of experience in customer facing roles and key accounting
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools
• Result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and data analytics skills
• A data-driven approach to sales

Technical Requirements

Backend Development

• Extensive experience with .NET Core and C#
• Advanced database management experience with MS SQL Server and MongoDB
• Expertise in RESTful API design and implementation
• Experience in background job management using Hangfire
• Experience in developing authentication/authorization systems

Frontend Development

• Expertise in developing Single Page Applications (SPA) usingReact.js
• Strong command of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience in responsive design development using SCSS/CSS
• In-depth knowledge of state management and frontend architecture patterns

DevOps & Cloud

• Extensive experience with AWS services
• Experience in Docker containerization and orchestration
• Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
• IIS and Nginx web server configuration
• Experience with version control and branch strategies usingGit and Bitbucket
• Application performance monitoring experience with NewRelic

Monitoring & Tooling

• Log management and analysis using Seq
• API documentation with Swagger
• API testing with Postman
• Ability to integrate modern AI tools into the development process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Golang programming language
• Experience in implementing Monaco Editor
• Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies
• Deep understanding of microservice architecture
• Experience in working on high-traffic applications
