We are looking for a ''Night Manager'' for our Mirada Exclusive Bodrum Hotel, which is a subsidiary of Kazancı Holding and aims to be the best in the tourism sector.

Qualifications:

•        Bachelor degree (Tourism & Hotel Management preferred)
•        Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of tourism sector
•        Fluent in English; other languages a plus
•        Strong guest service experience, preferably with luxury brands
•        Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•        Active listening skills
•        Problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills
•        Guest oriented
•        Attention to detail

•        Ability to multi-task

Job Description:

• Supervising the regular and harmonious work of all staff during working hours,
• To communicate the problems observed in all areas of the facility to the relevant departments through the Night Manager checklists, to use the initiative in cases where urgent measures need to be taken and to take the necessary precautions and to make warnings
• Listening and resolving guest complaints
• To be present at night check-ins and to prevent any possible problems, also to coordinate with the F&B and Front Office Departments on this issue
• To write down the events during the responsibility hours on the ‘‘Night Manager Checklist’’ at the end of each day's work
• To ensure the transfer of VIP customers expected to check-in at night, if any, to check the room before the customer arrives, to ensure that any deficiencies or problems are resolved by reporting them to the relevant departments, to meet the VIP customer as required by procedure and to accommodate them in their room      
• To check whether the fire equipment and hardware systems are in working order for the safety of the facility, customers and employees
• To check that the facility and environmental security are properly inspected in coordination with the Facility Security Department
• Fulfilling other duties assigned by the General Manager
