General Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or related engineering fields.

Minimum of 3 years of project management experience; experienced in IT or digital transformation projects.

Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.

Strong planning, organization, and time management skills with great attention to detail.

Advanced English proficiency (capable of managing meetings and presentations in English).

Proficient in AI technologies terminology and eager to improve themselves.

For male candidates, military service must be completed.

No travel restrictions.

Preferably experienced in the Call Center industry.

Job Description

Researching and evaluating new products and suppliers for the sector and our customers.

Assessing contracts with suppliers.

Listening to and analyzing customers' technical needs to develop innovative solutions.

Presenting existing technology products to customers and taking on a pre-sales role by attending sales meetings.

Addressing technical requests from existing customers, directing them within IT, and ensuring follow-up.

Preparing analysis and scope documents for new projects.

Creating and scheduling project plans while managing resources efficiently.

Effectively tracking project processes, fostering strong collaboration among project teams, proactively managing risks, and taking timely actions to resolve potential obstacles.

Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders to share project progress and accurately analyze their needs for integration into the project.

Optimizing project processes using agile methodologies and evaluating continuous improvement opportunities.

Participating in face-to-face meetings and customer visits.

Work in coordination with international teams on ongoing AI projects and facilitate relevant communication.

Defining technical requirements in integration projects, preparing necessary documentation, and working in harmony with development teams.

Preparing regular status reports on ongoing projects and sharing them with the management team.
