Who Can Apply?

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Türkiye or abroad.
• 5-7 years of experience in finance, project finance, budgeting, reporting etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English.
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and a collaborative spirit.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Strategic and analytical mindset.
• Ability to take initiative, anticipate and solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Your Responsibilities:

• Consolidating and improving financial processes and procedures.
• Collaborating with the management team to create financial impact, monitor industry trends, and conduct financial analysis and reporting.
• Participating in the development of financial strategies through research and analysis.
• Managing financial projects defined within the company’s vision and monitoring their progress.
• Gaining broad financial experience by working in project finance, corporate finance, budgeting, reporting, and financial planning.
• Supporting the development and implementation of financial strategies.
• Developing financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
• Assisting domestic and international CEO's with financial and administrative tasks, gaining direct experience in finance, reporting etc.
• Contributing to the preparation of financial and non-financial reports and relevant documentation.
• Supporting internal and external communication with financial stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Handling confidential financial information professionally and ethically.
• Engaging in learning opportunities and taking on new responsibilities to develop finance, reporting, and strategic financial skills.
