QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree ( 4 Years)
• Experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques. Preferably Tobacco Sector
• Process optimization (Tobacco & Cigarette Industry is a plus)
• Knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) or ERP/SAP and related software 
• Knowledge of MS Office, Solidworks, AutoCad and similiar drawing softwares
• Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
• Knowledge about manufacturing methods
• Knowledge of machines and technical tools
• Good English Level
• Analytical thinking ability and problem solving skills
• Good at time and stress management
• Being able to communicate effectively
• Ability of Persuasion
• Team work compatibility

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products.
• Monitor the overall situation, including incoming orders, supply chain problems, market changes and inventory issues, to minimize the impact on production
• Handle all the scheduling and ensure the materials, machines and workspaces are ready to go to increase production efficiency
• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. 
• Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Prepare necessities for maintanence, repairment and improvement for machine group and equipments to reduce manufacturing cost. Check Local suppliers, workshop and compare each other for the increase cost saving and machine-equipment quality
• Implementing Methodologies like 5S, 6Sigma, IWS in order to improve Manpower,machine, time efficiency and eliminate waste.
• Ensure the workforce needs are met with the proper scheduling of employees
