Accounting Specialist

We are looking for an  CommercialAccounting Specialist to join our  Commercial Accounting team in Istanbul,  this role reporting to the Commercial Accounting Chief.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
• Min. 2 to 6 years experience in accounting departmants
• Good command of English ( Min. Intermediate level B1-B2)
• Good experience in MS Office especially in Excel, experience in Microsoft Dynamics Axapta & D365 programs) is an asset,
• Strong communication, teamwork, planning and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Recording financial documents in accordance with the Tax Procedure Law (V.U.K.) & Double Taxation Avoidence Agreements.
• Managing the approval processes and reconciliation tracking of invoices from domestic and international suppliers.
• Assisting in the preparation of regular tax declarations.
• Tracking and recording export/import accounting documents.
• Calculating and tracking accruals for relevant departments.
• Supporting month-end closing processes and the preparation of report sets.
• Managing the payment process domestic and international suppliers.
