Material Planning Executive

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a reputable university (Industrial, mechanical, Electrical Engineering are preferred etc.),
• Minimum 5-6 years of direct material procurement experience in the production sector,
• Solid understanding of supply chain and material planning, 
• Has a knowledge about S&OP processes,
• Experince in team management,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel,
• Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,
•  Strong communication and coordination skills,
•  Good negotiation skills with internal cross-functional teams,
• Leadership capability – the ability to engage, inspire and manage accountability,
• High standards of accuracy, proficiency at working with strict deadlines and under pressure, and ability to prioritize tasks,

Job Description :

• Controls whether POs shared with relevant suppliers at the right time and controls its receipt with the correct loading methods,
• Following inventory levels according to business targets,
•  Managing stock levels of critical components,
• Managing the obsolete materials,
• Ensures stock minimization and optimization,
• Managing forecasts for all customers,
• Control the export customer order terms. Get actions to avoid potential shortages in customer side,
  
•  Having responsibility to implement material planning processes of new projects,
• Organise/manage meetings with suppliers/customers,
• Serves as a bridge between the management and the department, completes the requested reports on time,
•  Developing strong relationships with suppliers and improve supplier capability,
• Make and follow up the work plans of the team,
• Controlling critical raw materials,
• Checks the accurancy and update of material master parameters,
