Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• Fluent in Russian  and proficient in English 
• Preferably at least three years of experience in FMCG sales, particularly in cosmetics, home care, or personal care industries
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• For male candidates, completion of military service is required
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
• Holds a valid driver’s license with active driving experience

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of the company’s products to target customers in international markets
• Identify and acquire new customers using alternative sales channels
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, preparing detailed reports on findings
• Stay updated on export regulations and monitor import and tax laws in the countries of operation
• Develop and implement strategic projects to increase sales in target markets
• Actively work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets
• Represent the company in international customer visits, meetings, and business negotiations
