Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or Private Label (PL) product management
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and commercial skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and preferably ERP systems
• Experience in product management, category management, and pricing strategies
• Expertise in supplier relations and contract management

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the Private Label (PL) product portfolio and oversee its development
• Identify and develop new products aligned with market trends and customer needs
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and cost structures
• Lead product launch processes and ensure strategic positioning in both physical stores and online platforms
• Develop and implement category management, pricing, and promotional strategies
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize stock management
• Monitor and ensure compliance with quality control standards
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic growth plans
