Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field,
  • At least two years of experience in IT Operations,
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English,
  • Experience in monitoring&alarm tools, frameworks and processes,
  • Experience in APM tools,
  • Experience on UNIX/Linux/Windows Operating system,
  • Experience on Application servers like Weblogic/Tomcat/IIS,
  • Experience of UNIX/Linux Shell Scripting, PowerShell and SQL,
  • Experience in working with deployment pipelines in Continuous integration servers like Jenkins, Octopus,
  • Experience in using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.),
  • Experience working with SQL Databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL etc.),
  • Experience working with Agile processes,
  • Experience in analyzing logs and accelerating troubleshooting processes with tools (Logstash, Fluentd, ElasticSearch etc.),
  • Experience in Incident Response and Troubleshooting
  • Objective, team player, proactive,
  • Analytical and innovative perspective,
  • Strong communication / interpersonal and decision making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests.


What we expect from the Senior Cloud Platform Specialist,SRE ;

  • Responsible for all 7/24 Level 2 Operations in a proactive manner (Deployments, Monitoring, Troubleshooting, SLA/OLA),
  • Management, Service Capacity Management, Service Network Management, Technical Contract Management, Service Opex
  • Management, Service Incident Management, Service Problem Management, etc) for corresponding products and services,
  • To ensure the service delivery is meeting the business and operational standards,
  • To ensure appropriate measurement and reporting of service performance, usage, and availability is in place in order to analyze the trends to identify and prioritize improvements,
  • Implementing correct measurement of capacity demands,
  • Implementing advanced alarm coverage and monitoring approaches for releated services,
  • Implementing and operating DevOps tools and life cycle processes on responsible services,
  • Design, build and maintain Platforms such as IIS, Kubernetes
  • Design, build and maintain cloud deployment strategies and tool set,
  • Develop glue code and/or scripts to integrate DevOps tools and systems,
  • Act as a DevOps advocate and lead cultural change among developers and IT team members,
  • Implementing Operational automation processes (test, deployment, alarm).
