QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduated from the Tourism and Hotel Management Department of university
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Luxury Hospitality Industry or Hotel operations,
- Strong people interaction skills, warm and welcoming to hotel guests, all hotel employees,
- To review the reservations of the guests coming to the hotel and to contact before the guests arrive,
- To monitor the needs of the guests, assimilate and take action at the right time,
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service,
- Excellent customer service skills with great enthusiasm, superior interpersonal skills, result oriented and highly self-motivated,
- Efficient on complaint handling to reach satisfactory results, creative and practical to enhance service quality,
- Fluent in English, clear and polite conversation skill in Turkish. Additional languages are an advantage,
- Advance computer skills necessary including Fidelio - Opera systems, MS Office,
