We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist.

Candidate to join our team, who will be responsible for issuing commercial offer, proforma invoice, order confirmation, negotiating price, quantity and tracking orders in terms of sales activities. Goal of this position is to improve Customer Satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities;

• Manage sales order administration with customers providing technical and commercial offers.
• Develop and maintain a technical relationship at customers worldwide.
• Used UYUMSOFT commercial infrastructure to document activities of customer issues from start, to resolution.
• Benchmark and consolidate inquiries.
• Retain existing clients and perform to keep record in CRM database.
• Review the customer requests for proposal and establish requirements for the internal team and external vendors/suppliers.
• Provide support to the sales stuff in pre and post sales efforts and assist the team in RFP and RFQ process.
• Tie several disparate orders together at the supplier and follow lead time for the particular customer.
• Coordinate required documents related to export and import operation.
• Resolve shortage issues and expedite long lead time items while entering supplier listing in UYUMSOFT system.
• Collaborate and work with regional managers, and provide information on market and territory conditions.
• Support and help implement IT controls and procedures, and B2B changes and methodologies.

Qualifications Required For This Position Are As Follows;

• Bachelors degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Business Management and Economics faculty of universities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position.
• General knowledge of bearing will bring benefit.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadline.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with good self-motivation, and confidence.
