Job Description

• Participate and organize international exhibitions several times throughout the year
• Provide technical support to customer, investigate the possibility of customer technical requirements with R&D team and management
• Utilize company's customer relationship management system for reporting/activities.
• Participate, support and contribute to the regional distributors, and Makersan subsidiary offices.
• Plan & conduct regular customer support visits. Support distributors at trade shows as required.
• Follow, and if needed assist with, the production of prototypes and first batches of customers products
• Request and check the technical drawings, stp files, datasheets with R&D team to ensure that all customer’s points are met
• Report to Director, Managers and assist all departments for successful relations and transparency

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor Degree, in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Proficiency in English language (written and oral). Second language profeciency in Russian will be an advantage.
• MBA will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to travel abroad
• Ability to work alone with minimum supervision, self-motivated.
• For male candidates, mandatory military service should be completed
