QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for teammates who will work with us in Mars Athletic, #1 Fitness Operator in Turkey which is evolving as a digital wellness company including MAC/One, MACFit, MACStudio and NuSpa brands.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and report financial and operational data.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
- Report KPIs to monitor company performance.
- Develop data-driven insights for strategic business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
- 4-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and proactive work approach.
- Good command of English.
