QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic  to expand and manage our supplier network in Turkey. This position will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new suppliers, building strong relationships with existing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth collaboration with Turkish suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential suppliers and initiate contact to expand our product range.

- Conduct market research to find the best suppliers that meet our business needs.

- Evaluate suppliers' capabilities, pricing, and reliability before onboarding them.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Be responsible for all communication and collaboration with Turkish suppliers.

- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, pricing, or delivery.

- Manage contract negotiations with suppliers to secure the best terms, prices, and conditions.

- Ensure that all supplier agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.

- Regularly review supplier contracts and renegotiate when necessary.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth supplier operations.

- Monitor market trends, competitors' supplier strategies, and pricing changes.

- Ensure suppliers meet quality and compliance standards.


Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in supplier acquisition, supplier management, or procurement, preferably within the Turkish market.

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of the Turkish supplier environment and market dynamics.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple suppliers simultaneously.

- Proficiency in English.

- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
