QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Since its establishment, the company has rapidly grown and strengthened its innovative identity, providing an exceptional accommodation experience to its guests through its three different concepts, Voyage Hotels and Maxx Royal Resorts located in Belek, Kemer, and Bodrum.
Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for ''BARTENDER'' who has the following qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hospitality, Tourism and Hotel, Food and Beverage Management degree or equivalent preferred
- A minimum 1 years experiences in the similar role operation in an international/Luxury F&B stand-alone chain or Hotels
- Fluent ability of speaking, reading, writing and understanding Turkish and/or English. Additional language is a plus
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
- Knowledge of Micros and related systems
- Spirits Diploma or certificate is a plus
- Must have the ability to develop, write and utilize standards, working procedures and training tools
- Must have the ability to efficiently develop a team
- Requires good communication skills both written and verbal
- Have a strong working knowledge of F&B
- Have a strong product knowledge
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Bartender is required to conduct assigned duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with Maxx Royal Bodrum policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained. The Bartender actively participate as a team player to ensure unit cohesion.
- The role includes the preparation and service of beverage, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a professional manner and by following the recipe book.
- The Bartender ensures maximum guest satisfaction and ensures that established standards and procedures are adhered to at all time. The role, works under the leadership and guidance of the Bar Supervisor, Asst. Bar Manager and rest of the peers. The role is also responsible for all operating equipment in his/her assigned bar. The Bartender works aligned with manager’s allocation and assignment.
- Presents and serves a beverage to guests, ensuring bar display is set in accordance with the event type and service standards. The role is present and active behind the bar while making sure that all beverage orders served according to recipe and quality standards. Provides information and answers questions regarding menu selections. Records orders promptly in the MICROS system. Regularly checks in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each beverage. Maintains cleanliness in work areas, including china, glassware, and other items, throughout the day. Concludes the service by completing closing duties such as restocking items, turning off lights, etc.
