QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Since its establishment, the company has rapidly grown and strengthened its innovative identity, providing an exceptional accommodation experience to its guests through its three different concepts, Voyage Hotels and Maxx Royal Resorts located in Belek, Kemer, and Bodrum.

Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for ''BUTLER'' who has the following qualifications.

 Features That The Candidate Should Have:

  • Requires a minimum of B2 level of English and willing to learn or understand basic-technical Turkish language. Knowledge of Russian language is a huge advantage.Align working practices and conduct with Maxx Royal Resorts vision, values and policies.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure guests feel welcomed and attended to.
  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or similar roles can be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Beach Activities: Familiarity with beach equipment (like umbrellas, chairs, and water sports) and local attractions.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry equipment, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and be on your feet for long periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring all guest needs are met and maintaining a tidy beach area.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle guest requests and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with other staff members.
  • Positive Attitude: A friendly demeanor that enhances the guest experience.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
  • First Aid Certification: Helpful, though not always required, to ensure guest safety.
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Beach Operations.
  • Must be eager to adapt and be a fast learner. 

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

  • Requires good communication skills both written and verbal
  • A minimum 1year experience in the similar role operation in an international F&B stand-alone chain or Hotel.
  • Hospitality, spirits diploma or equivalent preferred
