QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Since its establishment, the company has rapidly grown and strengthened its innovative identity, providing an exceptional accommodation experience to its guests through its three different concepts, Voyage Hotels and Maxx Royal Resorts located in Belek, Kemer, and Bodrum.
Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for ' HEAD HOSTES'' who has the following qualification
Features That The Candidate Should Have:
- Requires a minimum of C1 level of English and willing to learn or understand basic-technical Turkish language. Knowledge of Russian language is a huge advantage.
- Experience: Several years of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in front-of-house roles, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Education: A degree in hospitality management or a related field is beneficial but not always required.
- Customer Service Training: Formal training in customer service and guest relations can be advantageous.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and train host/hostess staff effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with the restaurant team.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently. Good knowledge of using SEVENROOMS, settings of Sevenrooms, layout, etc.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle guest complaints and operational challenges swiftly and professionally.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure that service standards and guest expectations are consistently met.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural Awareness: Understanding of diverse cultural norms and preferences to cater to a wide range of guests.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Sales Skills: Ability to upsell specials or events and promote the restaurant’s offerings effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with reservation systems and restaurant management software.
