QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Senior Architect
Reports To: Construction Director
Location: Various Locations

Job Purpose:
As the Senior Architect/Engineer, reporting to the Construction Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of finishing works for this luxurious project. Adhering to Company policies, standard operating procedures, and objectives approved by Muhendis, you will be responsible for upholding quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of architectural finishing works on the construction site.
• Ensure work aligns with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate the services of the site Supervision Consultant.
• Conduct random inspections and snagging to identify and rectify defects or issues.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align finishing works with project requirements.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of materials for architectural finishing works.
• Ensure efficient and satisfactory use of resources to meet project timelines.
• Monitor and control accurate and up-to-date documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts arising during the construction process.
• Work closely with the project team to find practical and timely solutions to challenges.
• Communicate regularly with the client to provide updates on finishing works progress.
• Monitor finishing works progress against the project schedule.
• Identify potential delays and advise proactive measures to keep the project on track.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Architect/Civil Engineering Degree from a reputable university.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Relevant experience in a Project Management Company.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in international projects, with regional experience preferred.
• Experience in finishing works for high-end superstructural projects, e.g., luxury villas, 5+ star hotels, etc.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
