QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

CloudOffix is an all-in-one business application that provides a fully integrated platform for managing various business operations. Our solution includes CRM, Sales, Marketing, Helpdesk, HR, Project Management, Invoicing, and more, helping businesses streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and improve customer engagement.

With offices in Ankara and Istanbul, we directly serve our local customers, while expanding our reach into international markets through a growing network of partners. As part of our global expansion, we are seeking a Training & Documentation Specialist to ensure our partners are well-prepared to effectively position and sell CloudOffix. Additionally, existing customers—both local and international—will be supported with comprehensive user manuals, demo videos, and use case documentation.

About The Role

As a Training & Documentation Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Product team and will be the go-to expert for our partners and customers, helping them understand and utilize CloudOffix to its full potential. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Training & Enablement: Delivering structured training sessions to our global partners, keeping them updated on product features, best practices, and positioning strategies.
  • Partner Support: Acting as the first point of contact for partner inquiries, helping them answer customer questions like:
  • A potential customer needs [specific solution]. Can CloudOffix provide this? Which applications should be used?”
  • Content Creation: Developing training materials, guides, and videos that make learning CloudOffix simple and effective.
  • Customer Support: In addition to training partners, you will also support existing local and international customers with user manuals and example use case documentation, ensuring they have the necessary resources to use CloudOffix effectively.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure training resources align with the latest product updates.

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation.
  • Basic video editing skills, including:
  • Stitching screen recordings together.
  • Adding voiceovers.
  • Creating AI-powered narration and synchronizing it with videos.
  • Speeding up or slowing down videos.
  • Trimming unwanted scenes.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly to partner inquiries.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with new technologies, product updates, and best practices in training and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Nice to have: Previous experience in a similar training or documentation role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
