We are looking for a “Network and System Administrator” to join our team at our Istanbul central office, bringing positive energy and contributing to our strength.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage network and system architectures to meet organizational requirements.
• Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure stability and security.
• Configure and monitor network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and resolve connectivity issues.
• Implement and oversee security protocols to safeguard data and network assets.
• Perform system performance tuning and optimize infrastructure for maximum efficiency.
• Develop and document network and system configurations, standards, and processes.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network and system administration or consulting.
• Advanced English skills (both verbal and written).
• Expertise in configuring and managing networking devices (e.g., Aruba, Checkpoint, Cisco, Fortinet, or equivalent).
• Proficient in Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or MCSA/MCSE are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice-to have:

• Experience with monitoring tools and network performance analysis.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and compliance processes.
• Hands-on experience with backup and recovery solutions.
• Experience with SIEM, SOC workflows, and SOAR platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
