Which competences do we expect?

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic achievement in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in English - both verbal and written.
• Strong command of MS Office programs, especially Excel is a must.
• Strong knowledge and experience of SAP PP and MM Modules.
• Experienced in Engineering Change Management process.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
• Assesses difference of opinions.
• Proactively and respectfully addresses issues and concerns directly and honestly.
• Takes responsibility for decisions made within his/her scope of authority.
• Uses logic and advanced methods to find effective solutions to difficult problems.
• Ensures information provided to various sources is factual to avoid negative repercussions.
• Effectively ensures the changes in views and opinions without any direct exercise of command.

What will be your responsibilities and duties?

• Prepares Monthly and Daily Production planning
• Prepares Annual production planning
• Model change management during production plan
• Material availability check
• Implements Engineering Changes by BOM management
• Joins improvement activities of production system
• Follows and reports Planned vs. Actual production accuracy
• Planned vs. Actual shipment forecast accuracy
• Follows the production to ensure the shipments on time
• Follows the sales and warehouse to ensure the shipments on time
