The Seafreight Operation Executive takes responsibility for owned export and import files in accordance with our principles. These responsibilities are on door to door basis and include managing pick up and delivery operations, creating (Mbl + Hbl) and receiving import and export files, taking carrier bookings for export, following flight status, coordinating shipment follow up with own customers and overseas partners, creating / controlling the cost and revenue items of the file. She/he is responsible for GP growth and optimization on file level.

Tasks:

Extensive knowledge of Seafreight operations

Supports sales teams for answering all questions from the customer in the fastest way and also develops alternative solutions for possible problems.

Analyzes the latest shipment status of current and potential customers and communicates with them when necessary.

Bachelor's degree (Logistics, Foreign Trade Management is preferred)

Min 1/2 years of experience in Sea Freight Operation Executive import/export

Knowledge of tender processes

Good command of English

Service and solution orientated

Has practical and proactive approach
