QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic International Sales and Marketing Specialist / Supervisor to join our MNT Healthcare team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market requirements and taking furtherly necessary actions to build strong relationships with clients, companies, agencies etc. and finally contribute to the overall growth and success of our health tourism services/sales and marketing department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills with Fluency in Arabic, English, with good understanding of Turkish, any additional language is an advantage.
- Proven experience in international sales and marketing in healthcare sector is an advantage (candidates with no prior sales experience are also considered)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse customers, companies, agencies, etc.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressurecollaboratively.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for market research, reporting (MS Office applications).
- No restriction for travel and driving license required.
- Able to actively work on bringing patients from abroad by creating a network in the field of health tourism.
- conducting sales processes by monitoring advertising data on a daily basis, communicating with customers and persuading them
- Sales oriented and possessing strong persuasive skills.
- Possessing effective communication, planning and coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
Health Tourism Projects: Conduct international sales and marketing activities in the regions the candidate will be responsible for under the MNT's responsibility in the field of health tourism.
International Patient Coordination: Facilitate the organization of incoming international patients, ensuring a seamless experience and representing MNT effectively.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and report to the management team.
Brand Awareness: Plan and participate in advertising, promotional and organizational activities to enhance the international image of the MNT Group.
Project Coordination: Supporting international sales and marketing projects, ensuring alignment with resources, timelines and providing necessary support to MNT's team. Coordinate welcoming of foreign guests and represent the company to international customers visiting Turkey.
