Finance Assistant

Location: Maslak, İstanbul (On-site)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
Weekends Off

About Movimiento:

Movimiento is a dynamic and rapidly growing consultancy company providing professional services to online investment platforms. We work in an international, fast-paced environment, supporting multiple departments with accurate and efficient financial operations. We are now looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team in our Maslak office.

Responsibilities:

• Process and track invoices, payments, and financial transactions
• Assist in daily cash flow and expense tracking
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and forecasts for management
• Support commission calculations and ensure timely payments to the sales team
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Management) for financial needs
• Assist with monthly closings, budget monitoring, and support audits if necessary
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and ensurecompliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or back-office role (motivated fresh graduates are welcome)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
• Familiarity with financial systems or CRM tools is a plus
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• High sense of responsibility and ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consultancy, investment, or financial services sectors
• Knowledge of foreign currency transactions (commissions and earnings in USD)
• Experience in commission-based payment structures
• Familiarity with Turkish tax regulations, invoicing rules, or general financial compliance
