About myTECHNIC:

myTECHNIC is the world’s first independent Lean Greenfield Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) center, located at Sabiha Gökcen International Airport (SAW) on the Asian side of Istanbul, Turkey. Our strategic position, at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, allows us to effectively serve both domestic partners and global carriers across Europe, CIS, the Middle East, and Africa.

We received EASA (Part 145) authorization in August 2008 and are the first maintenance center to simultaneously hold certifications from both the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority (DGCA) and SHY/JAR 145/EASA.

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a System Engineer who is a strong team player, enthusiastic about contributing to the success of myTECHNIC, and eager to take on challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• University graduate with a degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Astronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering).
• 1-3 years of civil aviation experience will be an advantage during the candidate evaluation process.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, team player.
• Ability to troubleshoot aircraft systems and functional problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Ability to maintain optimism and perform well under pressure, especially in critical situations.
• Completed military service (for male candidates).
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

Job Description:

• Responsible for Provide engineering support for aircraft systems and related reports during maintenance activities.
• Responsible to issue Engineering Orders / Task Cards so as to comply with the Maintenance Data, when required.
• Responsible for connection with the manufacturers if additional maintenance instructions are required to support maintenance activities.
• Responsible for Foster strong relationships with customers through regular updates and communication, including meetings, reports, emails, and telephone correspondence.
• Responsible for Act as the primary point of contact for the customer before, during, and after maintenance activities, ensuring all maintenance project requirements are met.
• Responsible for Coordinate between the operations and support departments within the company regarding the projects under your responsibility.
