Allotment Controller

We are looking for an Allotment Controller to join our Yield Team in Türkiye. The role will report to the Yield Manager and must be a team player who will ensure that the requests from the hotels and contracting team are managed.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring allotments,stop sales,open sales, release, minimum and maximum stays uploaded correctly.
• Checking daily allotmets and inform Contracting team.
• Requests hotels for decrease minimum stay, release and left to sell rooms.
• Maintenance of the information in our system.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year experience in similar position.
• Degree in Tourism Faculty
• Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
• Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to our inhouse operation system.
• Advanced English in reading, writing, speaking. Other languages will be a plus.
• The ability to solve problems, good communication skills and high persuasiveness.
• Suitable for team work.
• Based in Antalya.
