Nitto Bento Bantçılık San. ve Tic. A.Ş is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's listed leading diversified materials manufacturer Nitto. We are currently accepting applications for our growing organisation located in Esenyurt / Istanbul where we produce closure system components for baby and adult diapers for hygiene market, as well as packaging tapes, surface protection tapes for window profiles, external facade panels, aluminum and steel plates for industrial sectors Job.

Purpose and Duties

• To ensure that the company's income and expense records are kept in accordance with the law
• To be responsible for the financial books of the company.
• Ensuring that financial reports and statements are made. /Ensuring that financial documents are recorded and controlled in accordance with the legislation and company procedures
• Checking the balance sheet before closing.
• Preparing the monthly closing
• To ensure that the records of the company's purchases, sales and other expenditures are kept.
• Prepare monthly profit/loss reports.
• To examine the general warehouse count reports and cost control reports and compare them with the accounting records.
• To ensure that the company's monthly and periodic VAT, Withholding Tax, Advance Tax and Corporate Tax declarations are made and controlled.
• Organizing the necessary work for the company's VAT Refund receivable and ensuring that the documents are submitted to the tax office on time and accurately.
• Conducting domestic and international financial audit processes
• Ensuring Reconciliations with Group Companies
• Where necessary, communication with tax authorities, customers, suppliers and other public authorities to ensure legal declarations and reconciliations

Qualifications

• Graduated from Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or related departments of universities.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Accounting departments in performing SAP CO monthly closings and making necessary checks,
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel (Power BI knowledge would be an asset)
• Good knowledge on SAP CO, SAP MM and SAP FI modules
• Good level of English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Analytical thinking, careful and planned working order, detail-oriented, solution-oriented
• Good at teamwork and having high communication skills
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours
