Becoming an importer in 1990 and a manufacturer in 1996, ODE produces in two main categories: Building Insulation and Technical Insulation. Today, with six modern production facilities, a portfolio of over 4,000 products, and a team of experts, ODE is among the largest manufacturers in the insulation industry.

We are looking for a ‘’Head of IT and Digital Transformation’’ to join our team at our Headquarters office in Şişli.

HEAD OF IT AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION :

 •                 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field; a Master’s degree/MBA is strongly preferred.

•                 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive-level role

•                 Fluency in English is required

•                 Participated in MES integration project manages, specific to manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless integration between production systems and corporate IT infrastructure.

•                 Having knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 program and experience in the configuration, integration and optimization of the system.

•                 Must have industry experience in the field of production

•                 Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives and aligning IT with broader organizational strategies.

•                 Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, IT governance, and risk management.

•                 Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

•                 Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving, innovation, and delivering measurable business impact.

•                To develop and execute a comprehensive IT operations & digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives,

•                 Lead cultural and organizational change efforts by fostering a Digital -first mindset across the company.

•                 Provide guidance and support to teams to navigate the digital transition.

•                 Build mentor and lead a high performing team of digital experts including digital project managers analysts and IT professionals

•                 Ode Yalıtım will be a digital transformation committee member and will be able to lead the team.

•                 To build, develop, and lead a high-performing IT operations team capable of supporting digital initiatives,

•                 To oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and digital platforms,

•                 To monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize system efficiency and reliability, particularly for digital services,

•                 To provide timely and effective resolution to IT incidents and service requests, with a focus on maintaining digital service uptime,

•                 To assess and mitigate IT risks, including those related to digital assets, and develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans,

•                 To manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.

•                 To develop and manage the IT operations budget, allocating resources for digital initiatives,

•                 To ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and industry standards, including those related to data privacy and security in the   business environment,

•                  To identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, particularly in digital operations,

•                  To collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for digital transformation and implement the necessary IT infrastructure and processes.
