This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious and growing hotel & lifestyle brand. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience while providing high-quality service and assistance throughout their stay.
You will be working from OKU’s newest luxurious location, opening in May 2025 in Bodrum, Turkey. This hands-on role invites the candidate to be part of an award-winning brand known for its commitment to quality and excellence.

OKU Hotels is a boutique collection of soulfully-curated, laidback luxury hotels, created for the modern traveler. Meticulously designed sanctuaries are conceived with barefoot luxury, local connections and slow living at heart.
OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Türkiye, Spain and the Maldives. OKU is targeting to own and/or operate a collection of over ten exquisite properties in new and captivating destinations worldwide, over the next five years.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries efficiently.
Provide information about room rates, hotel services, and special offers.
Process guest payments, issue invoices, and manage financial transactions.
Maintain guest records accurately, including preferences and special requests.
Assist guests with travel arrangements, dining reservations, and local recommendations.
Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
Monitor room availability and update booking systems accordingly.
Adhere to hotel safety and security procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a similar front office or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using reservation and hotel management systems.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
Fluency in Turkish is required; English proficiency is a plus.
TECHNICAL AND BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of hotel operations and front office procedures.
Proactive approach with a guest-centric mindset.
