Real Estate Sales Specialist (Russian-Speaking)

We are looking for a Russian-speaking international Sales Specialist to join our Sales Office at the Önaylar Group Headquarters, located within a 5-minute walking distance from the Salhane İZBAN Station, to handle the sales of our branded residential projects developed under the İnci brand.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• Preferably experienced in the sales offices of branded residential projects,
• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software, with strong reporting skills,
• Able to work well in a team, dynamic, and target-oriented,
• Strong communication skills, capable of effective presentations and persuasive,
• Positive, friendly, and attentive to personal appearance,
• Fluent in English or Turkish 
• Knowledge of Russian must

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Introducing projects to potential customers visiting the sales office and managing sales processes,
• Offering suitable projects that meet investors' expectations, providing appropriate guidance, and completing sales transactions,
• Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and maintaining sustainable relationships after sales,
• Providing prospective customers with detailed information on projects and organizing sales meetings,
• Regularly following up with prospects and updating them on current campaigns and projects,
• Promoting projects to partner companies and managing the necessary flow of information,
• Conducting partnership discussions with international real estate firms to expand collaborative opportunities.
