GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALITY AND SAFETY EXPERT

We are looking for a Quality and Safety Responsible for our company that produces products and services for the metallurgy and casting sector in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone.

EXPECTATIONS FROM THE POSITION

Ensuring that the quality management system (policy, processes, documented information, operating procedures, regulatory monitoring, etc.) is implemented, managed and developed over time. Assessing and warning risks, creating and implementing safety, occupational health, occupational safety and environmental policies. Ensuring that the facility complies with environmental legislation. Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Acts autonomously regarding the position duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Quality Management:

Develop, implement and maintain a quality management system in accordance with standards,

Audit quality control processes, quality assurance and nonconformance management,

Determine and implement continuous improvements for product or service quality.

Occupational Health and Safety:

Ensure compliance with OHS standards in company facilities.

Develop and implement procedures.

Raise awareness of personnel on the importance of hygiene and provide training when necessary.

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents.

Organize safety drills and trainings for personnel.

Environmental Management:

Ensure that the company complies with applicable environmental laws.

Implement initiatives to reduce the company's environmental impact, such as waste management.

Reduce waste and energy consumption, etc.

Monitor the company's environmental performance.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

University graduate, preferably Metallurgical Engineer

Good command of English and able to use it actively,

At least 5 years of experience in the field,

Proficient in MS Office applications,

Strong communication, prone to teamwork,

Responsible, high task tracking and finalization skills,

Able to handle multitasking processes,

Residing preferably in Manisa

Having completed military service for male candidates.
