We are continuously growing and expanding our customer base, and we are looking for team members to provide better service. We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to work as a Customer Support Engineer, who can maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and tackle technical challenges.
You will be responsible for:
- Provide technical support to customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales processes, including responding to technical inquiries and support requests, and offering technical guidance and assistance to customers
- Analyze customer issues accurately and resolve them with technical expertise.
- Provide support to customers through phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Supply product managers with customer feedback to aid in recognizing possible new features or products. Generate and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Familiarity with streaming technologies such as RabbitMQ/Redis
- Strong verbal/written communication skill
- Bachelor's degree in Computer engineering, Computer Science or other relevant departments
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with Microservice Architecture, Docker, Docker Compose
- Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Java Spring Boot or Python FastAPI
- Familier with frontend Technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Windows, LINUX including Network
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well in a team and take responsibility.
- Proficiency in using Jira and other project management tools.
