GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from relevant university departments

Proficient in English (Applications from candidates who do not speak English will not be considered)

Highly skilled in MS Office programs, with strong Excel knowledge

Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills

Aiming for a career in import and export

Holds a valid driver's license and can actively drive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Managing import and export operations in accordance with regulations and company policies

Tracking all processes from sending import orders to suppliers until their arrival at the warehouse

Overseeing and finalizing transportation, invoicing, customs clearance, certification, and other requirements for import and export

Ensuring the flow of information between orders, shipments, accounting, and customs brokers

Communicating with relevant departments regarding the monitoring and management of import and export processes (E-waybill, E-invoice, proforma, shipment documents, customs tracking, declaration tracking, etc.)

Providing information support to sales teams and product management teams regarding shipment details and processes.
