General Qualıfıcatıons And Job Descrıptıon

• Graduated from Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Banking or related departments of universities,

• At least 10 years of experience in finance and treasury management,

• Strong knowledge and experience in financial analysis, reporting and cash flow management,

• Knowledgeable about banking transactions, credit processes and financial analysis tools,

• Experienced in risk management and financial strategy development,

• Strong analytical thinking skills and detail-oriented work,

• Effective communication, leadership and negotiation skills,

• Advanced level of MS Office programs, especially able to use Excel and financial analysis tools effectively,

• Residing on the European side of Istanbul.

Job Descrıptıon

 • To monitor international collection and payment processes, to make reconciliations,

• To manage relations with international agencies and financial institutions,

• To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and present them to the senior management.

• To monitor bank account movements daily, to ensure cash flow management,

• To make supplier reconciliations and create payment plans,

• To identify financial risks in advance and take the necessary precautions,

• To manage the company's credit and financing processes, to conduct negotiations with relevant banks,

• To ensure the regular progress of financial processes by preparing weekly and monthly payment reports,

• To meticulously carry out financial transactions for official authorities and customers, to take preventive measures against errors that may cause material losses,

• To support other relevant financial processes by working in coordination with the finance and accounting departments,

• To fulfill other duties related to finance and treasury management assigned by the senior management.
