QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Human Resources Coordinator

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to make a positive impact on the company’s HR operations and contribute to a great work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in the management of performance appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Generate HR reports and provide support to the HR Manager in various HR-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
