Regnum Hotels, one of the prominent brands in the hospitality sector located in the Belek Tourism Centre, is looking for a Chef’de Rang (Alc.Waiter / Waitress/Villa Service Personnel) reporting to the F&B Department to join its dynamic and professional team for Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown set to open in June 2025

Qualifications

·        Graduate of a university, tourism vocational school, tourism high school, or high school

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (preferably also in German or Russian)

·        At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the tourism and hospitality industry

·        Good interpersonal skills

·        Good articulation and communication skills, energetic

·        Conscious of assigned duties and responsibilities.

·        Cheerful and dynamic

·        Pays attention to personal appearance and hygiene

Qualifications

·        The Chef de Rang is responsible for table arrangements, ensuring everything is set up for the guests' comfort and convenience.

·         Ensures that dishes are served in the correct order and at the appropriate time during service.

·        Answers guests' questions, makes recommendations, and resolves any issues, ensuring that guests feel valued.

·        Acts as a bridge between the kitchen and service teams.

·        Works in coordination with the kitchen to ensure smooth service and provides quick and effective solutions in case of any problems.

Mentors new team members, providing guidance on service standards and restaurant expectations.
