We are looking for Reservation Clerks to join our dynamic and professional team at Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown.

    Qualifications:

·        Minimum one year of experience as a Reservation Clerk in a 5-star hotel

·        Preferably a bachelor's degree

·        Proficient in English

·        Preferably experienced with Fidelio Suite 8

·        Team player and open to collaboration

·        Strong communication skills

·        Excellent representation skills

·        Open to personal and professional development, following new trends

·        Solution-oriented and responsible

·        Friendly with a positive attitude

Job Description

·        Managing guest reservations accurately and efficiently

·        Responding to reservation requests received by phone, email, and online channels.

·        Regularly updating and checking reservation systems

·        Analysing guest requests and offering the most appropriate solutions

·        Supporting sales and promotional campaigns

·        Handling reporting and record-keeping processes with precision
