In Turkey, we provide services to our guests in various concepts with a talented workforce of approximately 8,000 people in the Antalya, Muğla, and Istanbul regions.

We are seeking a valuable team member for the position of “Barmen/Barmaid” to be considered at Rixos Tersane İstanbul.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for The Guests according to F&B standards.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and provide an excellent guest experience
• Apply the Service & Culture Standards.
• Comply with all Hotel regulations
• Take an active role in implementing safety procedures and following up within the area.

Requirements:

• Preferably good command of English language.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Proven working experience as a Barmen
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Ability to lead and train the team.
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Knowledge of Mıcros , Mc and MS office programs.
