 To be assigned to our company's Head Office in İstanbul as Procurement Executive;

• Assist in developing and executing global sourcing strategies for our Industrial Projects Material Supply
• Perform supplier identification and qualification based on capability, references, cost, quality, and delivery.
• Conduct cost and market analysis and assist in regular benchmarking to maintain competitiveness.
• Collaborate on cost reduction initiatives while ensuring quality and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
•  Negotiate terms and conditions with international suppliers and support the contracts team in ensuring compliance with project, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform all Ariba and SAP operations related to procurement processes.
• Support the maintenance of strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure supply chain reliability.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues in collaboration with the sourcing manager.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including engineering department, project operations, finance, supplier quality, and logistics teams to ensure business objectives are met.
• Conducting OPEX activities as part of a team to create value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
• At least 5 years of experience in international procurement or sourcing, particularly for industrial materials.
• Understanding of industrial material standards, manufacturing, project site installation activities,
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills,
• Competencey in SAP, Ariba or similar Procurement ERP systems.
