 Job Description

• To follow the order confirmation – shipping – customs – logistics processes by placing the material orders needed by the business to foreign suppliers.
• To analyze the needs that will arise from the SOP figures and to interpret them together with the outputs of the MRP system.
• To follow the stock aging and overstock processes related to the managed product group.
• With high responsibility in time-oriented projects, to ensure that the project is successfully put into use on a full-time basis without delay.
• To work and prepare detailed ad-hoc reports required from the stakeholders in the plant and HQ.

 Qualifications

• Experienced in material planning and purchasing departments,
• Good command of both written and spoken English,
• Detail – oriented,
• Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills,
• Preferably in using SAP program,
• Eligibility to work within a team and communicate with multi-national contacts.
