Responsibilities:

Excellent knowledge of spoken English, other languages will be an advantage

The ability to put clients at ease and create a relaxing environment.

Good  knowledge to explain treatments to quests  

Excellent communication skills  with people of all cultures.

Sympathetic and caring attitude.

The ability to work as part of a team.

A neat and tidy appearance.

Requirements 

Greeting the guest in a friendly and courteous manner according to the standards

Assist customers who come to the spa

Help Spa Reseption  to manage the spa's schedule.

Assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products

Ensuring that the Spa Manager and Assistant Spa Manager are kept informed of all guest comments and complaints.

Assisting Spa Manager or supervisor in maintaining all guest history records.
