GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

SFS Group TR is the leader in Turkey in high-quality screws used in construction and riveting applications. Additionally, it is the first and only manufacturer of self-drilling screws and materials in Turkey and the Middle East. We are looking for a Quality Control and Assurance Engineer to join our Production Development department at our fully integrated factory in İzmir/Torbalı.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance of production processes with relevant quality management systems, primarily ISO 9001.
• Monitor, analyze, and manage customer complaints and feedback processes.
• Plan, track, and report on product quality tests.
• Analyze quality KPIs and report findings to management and production teams.
• Identify, report, and manage internal and supplier nonconformities.
• Prepare and monitor documents and forms within the company’s BMS application.
• Participate in audits and ensure the resolution of nonconformities identified post-audit.
• Attend daily Tower Meetings to provide updates on quality processes.
• Oversee overall management of processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Plan, implement, and supervise quality control activities in production processes in coordination with the quality team.
• Coordinate the daily workflow of the quality team and ensure its efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality management.
• Advanced level of English.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and preferably knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency in ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
• Ability to use calipers and micrometers.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative working approach.
• No travel restrictions.
