In our Smart Wood Çorlu / Ulaş plant, which operates in the food contact material production sector, we are looking for FINANCE MANAGER teammate with the following qualifications.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 ·  Graduated from Economics and Administrative Departments

 ·  At least 10-15 years of experience in the industry

 ·  Advanced level of English. (written and spoken),

 ·  Able to submit the Judicial Registry record when requested,

 ·  Residing in Çorlu or Ergene/Marmaracık, Yeşiltepe and Sağlık Mh.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1) To make arrangements to use all kinds of legal rights and opportunities in the interest of the company.

2) To prepare and present the company's weekly, monthly, annual income, expense, foreign currency, debt and receivables tables.

3) To prepare and present payment and collection programs.

4) When necessary, s/he may request Corrective Action.

5) To follow daily money movements.

6) To ensure investment planning and financing. To prepare annual budgets.

7) To carry out bank transactions and control the bank records kept.

8) To prepare financial statements and accounting reports.

9) To control cash movements.

10) To prepare all reports that the accounting unit must keep in Office 365. For example; To prepare, present and interpret all P&L, KPI, stock list, Claim & Debts, Turnover, Audit reports, Balance sheet, Trial Balance, Capex, Investment List, Intra Group reports are included in the definition of this duty.

11) Preparing declarations such as VAT1, VAT2, Summary, Sgk, Institutional Declaration, Provisional tax.

12) Preparing and sending TUIK reports

13) Checking the compliance of the payroll made on the first day of each month with Sgk laws and entering the payroll into the salary template. Managing the deposit process to personnel accounts.

14) Making decisions on the development of the accounting department, improving its management and its compliance.

15) All responsibilities of fixed asset and depreciation transactions via Axapta are within the scope of this job description.

16) In order to prepare the Income Statement via Axapta, making cost and reflection records, revaluating stocks and finalizing the balance sheet for reporting

17) Managing the weekly payment day, checking the invoice list prepared by the accounting expert

18) * The responsibility of preparing and presenting the balance sheet, balance sheet, income statement, etc. belongs to this job description.

*Representing the factory in the monthly finance meeting held with the group and attended by all countries. Implementing the decisions taken in the meeting in his/her own department.

Sending the company's monthly E-ledger and preparing the ledger in this process.

Discussing and implementing the laws that are in the company's interest by being in constant dialogue with the Pargesoft consultant and Arkan Ergin consultant.

Being authorized to answer, resolve and interpret questions from the accounting departments of our group countries abroad.

Being authorized to represent Smart Wood Turkey to the Revenue Administration, Social Security Institution and other similar official institutions.

Following up Smart Wood Turkey's annual contracts and contributing to their renewal process.

For example, Fire Policy, Employer Liability Policy, Personal Accident Policy etc.
