We are looking for a “Housekeeping Supervisor” with the qualifications below: 

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently. 
• Flexible schedule (morning and evening shift)
• Detail oriented. 
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. 
• Proactive and takes initiative.   

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Able to resolve employee and guest issues. 
• Supervising and leading shifts. 
• Managing Housekeeping staff, including training, disciplinary procedures, delegation of work, evaluation of performance. 
• Work closely with Front Desk and Engineering to coordinate room maintenance and guest check in. 
• Monitor and report room discrepancies to the Front Office. 
• Coordinate work orders with the Engineering Department and follow up until completion. 
• Conduct daily pre-shift meeting with room attendants and house attendant. 
• Perform cleaning duties during emergencies. 
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
