For the site in Esenyurt/Istanbul we are looking for you as Sales Administrator (m/f/d)

These challenges await you:

• Your main responsibility of this role is to follow up customer orders, manage customer master data, and process OEM and Aftermarket orders in SAP. 

• You ensure all prices are uploaded to the system, update forecast planning, and coordinate with other departments. 

• You manage customer material numbers, order management, and returns management. 

• You obtain access to customer portals, ensure customers understand order processing requirements, and communicate regularly to reduce overdue payments. 

• You are the primary contact for customers in sales planning, supply chain, inventory management, intercompany order management, supplier order management, and execute monthly exchange rate communication with customers and SAP.

• You are a graduate of Bachelor degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in this area.
