General Qualifications:

• At least associate degree or bachelor's degree preferably in "Foreign Trade" or "International Relations".
• Have experience at least 5 years in the field of IMPORT AND EXPORT OPERATIONS,
• Have knowledge and expertise about import-export regulations and implementation.
• Have knowledge and expertise about inward processing.
• High communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English well.
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Reside in Çorlu, Çerkezköy or Kapaklı regions of Tekirdağ.

Job Description:

• Preparing and tracking relevant documents, including contracts and customs documents for import or export operations,
• Managing all transactions from the receipt or creation of orders to the shipping and delivery stage,
• Carrying out shipment tracking with transportation organizations,
• Creating regular reports on department activities and submitting them to the relevant unit,
• Organizing customs and logistics affairs and dealing with foreign trade transactions
• Archiving the customs declaration, preparing and tracking the document process,
• To finalize the transactions by coordinating with transportation companies and customs officers during the import and export process,
• To follow up the customs, warehouse and shipment of the relevant products and to coordinate the logistics operations,
• Ensuring domestic/international incoming document checks,
• Ensuring that applications related to foreign trade are prepared in a timely and accurate manner,
• To follow up on the organization of transportation and customs clearance processes,
• To follow developments regarding relevant laws and regulations,
• To prepare reports of all foreign trade operations and present them to the management.
• Preparation and arrangement of all documents required to initiate export/import transactions. These documents include checking invoices, packing lists, transport documents, customs documents and other export-related documentation.
• Managing the customs processes of export/import products. Filling out export customs declarations and paying customs duties and taxes when necessary.Organizing international transportation of export/import products.
• Coordinating with transport companies, ports and airports. Optimizing transportation costs.Monitoring payments from customers and ensuring collections.
• To have knowledge about international payment methods and exchange rates.
• To follow and comply with international trade laws and regulations.
• Considering trade restrictions and embargoes. Communicating with international customers and suppliers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Answering questions and resolving complaints.To prepare regular reports on export operations and share them with senior management.
• To ensure coordination between relevant units. Collaborating with product development, production and marketing departments.
