    TCI, the subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, was established in 2010. The headquarters and manufacturing sites are located in Europe’s largest MRO Center, next to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport in Istanbul, Türkiye.

   TCI currently design and manufacture aircraft cabin interior products such as galley, seat, lavatory, trolley, IFE systems, provide retrofitting and repairing services for Boeing, Airbus and world’s leading airlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement 
• Obtain and compare quotes, then negotiate with vendors on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the best value for TCI.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Engineering and operations participation, as needed
• To be open to innovations and development, result-oriented, analytical and to have problem-solving skills
• Ability to review project drawings, specification and related technical documents
• Ability to travel domestic and abroad
• Proficiency in MS Office , Ms Dynamics AX applications

Job Description

• Researching companies that can be potential suppliers in the local and/or global market, in line with Supplier Management strategies
• Conducting localization and alternative work activities for the sourced products
• Performing cost optimization for existing products
• Clarify the first item product purchase conditions
• Ensuring the procurement of materials and engineering for vehicle use at appropriate prices, quality, and timely delivery
• To provide engineering industrializability support
• Localization
• Planning the schedule, scope, and budget of the projects together with the project responsible and technical team, updating them throughout the project and controlling the actual activities
